fix(virtual_list): Usar Style.Color y Command.rect

- VirtualListConfig.Colors ahora usa Style.Color en vez de u32
- Reemplazar Command.fill() por Command.rect() (fill no existe)
- Corregir tipo bg_color en drawRows
